How far in advance do we have to book?
The safest way in planning for a birthday is four to six weeks in advance. That gives me the ability to guarantee you the time slot you are looking for. Booking a couple of days before the event might be last moment and runs the risk of too short of notice but check anyway because there might be an opening.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you the customer needs to cancel for any reason, you can receive a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the event. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled appearance, you can get a half amount refund. A check will be mailed to you.
Because illness and personal situations can arise, if KS Birthday Character Pals has to cancel, customers will have all money paid refunded back.
How do I book a birthday character pal?
First, you must contact KSBCP to request your date & time along with naming which character pal you would like to book. Second, you will receive an email stating if your request is available or not available. Third, if your request is opened, you will receive a payment evite.Fourth, pay through online and print off or digitally save your receipt. It will be in the form of a PDF file.
How do I pay?
Once you have a confirmed date, you may then go to pay online. After clicking on the top tab labeled "PAYMENT" , you will need to click on the Pay Now button. You may pay by credit card. You can choose to pay by American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.
Can I pay a deposit and pay remaining balance before event?
I am certainly willing to work with you on this because I want KS Birthday Character Pals to bring as much happiness to as many children as possible! On the payment page, you can click the pay here button and will find the amount to pay being for you the half of the service cost. You can pay here by credit card. KSBCP will send you a payment Evite for the ramaining balance to be paid before date of scheduled character appearance. In the event that you need to cancel and it is less than 7 days before the birthday party, you will lose your deposit.

Things to remember........
For birthday parties help outdoors, your birthday character pal is not permitted outside if it is raining, on days when the temperature exceeds 100 degrees or in areas where the ground or grass is wet. This will help to prevent damage to the costume or heat related illnesses.
If guests are late during the scheduled hour of your party, KSBCP will not stay beyond time paid for.
